I guess you never experienced it for yourself then. I had my popular phase once and there were plenty of girls around me in my class that's trying to make me love one of them. I didn't want to hurt them if I were to answer one of them so I played the harem protagonist attitude and brushed off every hint and move they made at me. There was this one, reaaaaaally violent girl but is honest and straightforward that beats me up regularly for some reason...I never hated her, in fact, I think her attitude's really adorable, although her attacks were pretty painful. To be honest, I wanted to go out with all them but knowing reality, I remained neutral until the very end and never made a move on any of them. Oh well, I guess everyone's different, why should I care about what others think in the first place, to hell with you.

Why they are both at fault? Raku tried 3 times to understand what is going on and all she did was trash talk him. In the end he said ''enough why do I have to take the abuse?'' and trash talked back like any normal human being.But not only that she even slapped him. Also don't ask questions that you don't want to hear the answer. Raku was honest, seriously chitoge is abusive and that is what he said to her which is the truth, the fact that she translated that into ''you hate me'' is not Rakus fault also he is in love with someone else. Overall I don't see where Raku is at fault and in the end he was the one to apologize...
